Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase from House of Myers, but if you are not completely satisfied, please feel free to ship it back to us!

We will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT within 14 days of delivery of purchase.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer store credit or exchange.

An original receipt is required for all returns and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that appear to have been worn, altered, or not in their original condition. All jewelry, intimates and discounted merchandise can not be returned.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned; unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

1 DAY SHIPPING:
Due to the nature of a small business, for an order to be shipped same day as order placement, the order must be placed, paid and received by us no later than 10:30 a.m. central time. This excludes Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be fulfilled in the next 1-2 business days.

Please email us at shop@thehouseofmyers.com to let us know if you prefer an exchange or store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was a mistake on our end

If you are shipping an item back, we suggest using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit. Once we receive your items, they will be processed in 1 to 3 business days, at which time you will be issued a store credit.
